An Overview Of Gans From A Game Theory Perspective

What this was:

  • This was a Game Theory course project. We reviewed a paper on generative adversarial networks and then presented it.
  • We covered:
  •            1. What a GAN is?,
  •            2. What's the idea behind GAN's?,
  •            3. The objective function, min-max game and the Nash Equilibrium,
  •            4. Applications,
  •            5. Disadvantages and perspectives.
  • I created the slides and was one of the four presenters as well.
  • You can see the full slides here. (animations not included and it is in PERSIAN). Feel free to reuse any part of it.

What this achieved:

  • We got the second to the best score among nearly 30 other groups.
Below is a sneak peak into the slides.
